Enhanced support for children and young people with neurodevelopment needs
Enhanced school, parent/carer and young person support is being provided by alliance partners Learning Space, Barnardo’s and National Autistic Society. Among the services on offer, these organisations are providing bespoke training for schools to help them support children living with neurodevelopmental issues. This involves activity days, drop-in sessions and group sessions focusing on identifying individual strengths and building coping strategies to support young people and their families through change.
