There is nothing you need to bring or do! But if it’s helpful you can write down a few notes or make a diary about how you’ve been feeling and what you feel may be causing it. On the day you come to see us:

  • You can take someone with you if you want to, a friend or family member
  • Try to remember (or even write down) all the things you want to ask or tell us
  • Ask for leaflets about things we talk about, or websites we think might be helpful
  • Allow plenty of time to find the place of your appointment.
