Whatever Christmas brings for you, we’re here to help you with any emotional or mental health challenges that could come along with this time of the year.  Here are the details of who you can reach out to over the holiday period, in order to strike a balance with some much needed emotional ‘me time’ while getting through the festive fun.

Autism:  The National Autism Society is open up to and including Wednesday 21 December. The NAS Surrey out of hours advice line on 0300 222 5755 remains open throughout the festive period from 5pm until 11pm each evening, 365 days a year.

ADHD:  Barnardos will continue operating over the festive period their free out of hours ADHD Parenting Support Helpline on 0300 222 5755, choose option 4.  Open 5pm-11pm, 365 days a year.

Call our 24-hour free-phone crisis line:  Our freephone, 24 hour, 7 days a week mental health crisis line will remain open throughout the festive period on 0800 915 4644.  In an emergency dial 999 or 112 from a mobile.  

Online chat with Kooth:  Normal hours remain in place except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Bank Holiday (Tuesday 27 December), New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Bank Holiday (Monday 2 January) when the online chat will be available from 4pm-8pm.  There will also be discussion boards taking place on:
