Wellbeing Practitioner sessions

Service Description

Our Community Wellbeing team consists of two Wellbeing Practitioners in Runnymede and two in Elmbridge. We work with 8–18-year-olds, Parents/Carers, and Families within the community doing both 1:1 and group work.

The support we offer is around emotional wellbeing and mental health, providing a safe space to talk and provide tools and strategies that will support with living a full and confident life. The support we offer families and parents/carers is around guiding them through supporting their child/young person through the challenges being experienced.

Our team will also support you when there are multiple professionals involved and ensure that your voice is heard.

Our Wellbeing Practitioners are able to facilitate visits to the home, school, or other community setting.
