We know that in the next few months, many young people across Surrey will be undergoing exams, whether that be mock exams or real ones it can be a very stressful time for young people leading up to taking them. 

Our dedicated Schools Team has put together some fantastic resources for you to help navigate through these stressful times. 

There is a really useful video about how to cope with exam stress which has recently been uploaded. The video is aimed at Year 6 pupils but can be useful for most ages. 

We also have lots of great resources on our Managing Emotions pages, including a feelings wheel. Which you may find helpful to print out and have handy for when you feel you are struggling to name your emotions.

It is really important that young people look after themselves during times of high stress, we have created some flashcards on our Looking After Yourself page which you can print out and use as reminders or prompts to practice different types of self-care. 

There are so many strategies, guides for parents and resources on the information resources section of our Mindworks website so hopefully you can feel supported over the next few months.
