Service Description
Heads Up! is an early intervention mental health programme delivered to young people aged 10-14 years old across Surrey.
Young People are supported in groups of 10-15 to improve communication, develop social skills, share experiences, and form support networks.
Eight sessions are facilitated through fun, creative activities that increase emotional resilience and promote coping skills.

- Promoting emotional wellbeing
- Mental health awareness
- Managing stress
- Support networks
- Dealing with anger
- Building confidence
- Self-esteem
Requests for support
Eikon do not accept individual referrals for this program. Referrals must be made for groups of young people via a school professional.
