From October 2025, Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust will no longer be part of the Mindworks Surrey partnership, and their contract to deliver the THRIVE Framework for Systems Change (Wolpert et al, 2019) will be ending on the 30 September 2025.
We will continue to use the THRIVE framework that underpins our delivery, and we will build upon the work that Tavistock and Portman Clinical Programme Team have delivered to date, to ensure children and young people and their families in Surrey receive the most appropriate help and support for their emotional, wellbeing and mental health needs.
We are grateful for the important work they have done in helping embed the THRIVE framework for systems change (Wolpert et al, 2019) over the past four and a half years, and for their support to the wider system. Mindworks Surrey will continue to deliver services based on THRIVE, building on this strong foundation to ensure children, young people and their families receive the right help at the right time.
