The festive season can be a joyful time, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, or stressful - and that’s okay. However you’re feeling right now, just know that you are not alone and there is support available to you.
If you need support now, here’s what to do:
- If you are in immediate danger: call 999
- If you have an urgent need, call our crisis line on 0800 915 4644. It's open 24/7. You can also call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
- If you are unsure who you can talk to and how to start a conversation about your feelings visit our talking to someone about your feelings page.
- If you are struggling with your thoughts and feelings, it can be helpful to create a My Safety Plan.
