Our Crisis Intervention Service provides specialist assessment for children and young people, from age six to their 18th birthday, in crisis presenting at any of Surrey's district general hospitals (DGHs).
The team offers seven day follow-ups and short-term treatment sessions in the community. They work across Surrey and receive requests for support via the Access and Advice team, our Community Teams and the DGHs.

Young people who are in crisis can be directed to us when presenting at any of Surrey’s district general hospitals (DGHs). Young people and their families can also be directed to us by their local practitioner. If the young person is not known to us please get in touch via Access and Advice on 0300 222 5755. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm Saturday.
